Get good at AI.
Properly.
Most people try AI, get a few quick wins, and plateau. This is the free, step-by-step way past that: find your level, practise the skills that matter, and prove it with a certificate.

The Fluency Path
Curious to capable, on purpose
“Just use AI more” is terrible advice. You get good at AI the way you get good at a language: deliberately, with reps, and by knowing what good looks like. So I built a path for it.
- 1 2 min Find your level 2 min A two-minute quiz with no right answers. You get your level and what to do next.
- 2 4 levels See what good looks like 4 levels From AI Curious to AI Advanced, each with a playbook for what to do next.
- 3 45 skills Work the checklist 45 skills Each skill comes with the reason it matters and, for most, an example to try. Your ticks stay in your browser.
- 4 2 certificates Prove it 2 certificates Pass an open-book check, download your certificate and add it to LinkedIn.
Top 10–20%
Work at the AI Practitioner level and you’re plausibly in the top 10–20% of people who use AI. Here’s how I get to that number
More than a book’s worth, in 10-minute pieces
39 guides and about 86,000 words, grouped the way I’d read them. Every guide opens with its key takeaways, so you get the point in 30 seconds and the method in 15 minutes.

Hey, I’m Fabian.
I’m CPO & Chief AI Officer at Carewell, a Swiss healthtech startup, where I’m building my second company. Before that, I led the conversational AI team at a major Swiss insurer. I give talks on AI adoption, from keynotes to guest sessions at HSG and the University of Basel, and teach in a continuing-education course at HWZ. This site is where I write down what works, prompts and wrong turns included.
The idea behind almost everything here: AI is a brilliant new hire who knows nothing about your business.
