Claude Code is Anthropic’s agentic coding tool, and it changes how software gets built for me. It goes well past autocomplete: it reads your entire codebase, understands context, plans changes, executes them, runs tests, and iterates until things work. All through natural language.
What makes Claude Code different
Most AI coding tools work at the level of individual files or code snippets. Claude Code operates at the level of your entire project. It understands how files relate to each other, follows your project’s conventions, and makes changes that are consistent with your existing codebase.
